1. Pets allowed under the following circumstances.
in the event that any of the following pet rules are
not obeyed, SmileAway tennants will be evicted and
subject to loss of rent and deposit.
2. Sorry, but due to the large number of allergies, no
cats will be permitted at SmileAway.
2. Dogs are ok - limit of 2. Pets Must be
housebroken. Puppies are not allowed, since they
usually chew on the furniture or are not
housebroken.
3. Renters must pick up dog waste from SmileAway
property. Dog waste not picked up by renters will be
subject to $250 minimum clean up fee chargeable to
deposit.
4. Dogs must be kept on leash when outside. Dogs
not on leash on beach areas subject to County Fines.
5. Excess dog hair left behind on SmileAway
premises will be subject to $500 loss of deposit for
cleaning.
6. Dogs are not allowed to sleep on beds.
7. Renters with pets must obey all county pet
regulations including leash laws.
